Those colder Fall and Winter months are coming, as much as we like to put it out of our minds. How can we layer in textures and colors to make our homes warm and cozy this time of year? So glad you asked!
This room had beautiful plank floors, big windows and traditional paneling, but the client was looking for this guest room to be a bit more playful and casual. We started with some woven pieces to keep the vibe traditional, but not visually "heavy". Washed oak night stands were a natural partner to the woven bed, and a crisp and colorful piece of artwork was the inspiration for the rest of the colors in the space.
Now the room has personality, and is an extension of our client's style, and she is ready to welcome friends and family, just in time for the holidays!
